Brandon Chang

Brandon Chang is a Senior Financial Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Prior to their current role, Brandon worked as a Financial Analyst at the U.S. Army Finance & Comptroller School and as a Budget Manager at the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Brandon also served in various managerial positions within the U.S. Army, including Executive Officer and Commander. Brandon holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Economics with a Mathematics Concentration from Oregon State University.
