Diana Crosswhite

Diana Crosswhite is a seasoned professional in urban planning and housing policy, currently serving as a Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since November 2024. Previously, Diana spent over two decades at the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA), where roles included Senior HCV Policy & Training Officer and Policy Specialist, focusing on updating policies related to the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Associate Planner at K.W. Poore & Associates, Inc., managing federally funded projects for local governments in Virginia, and as an intern at the Office of the Architect at the University of Virginia, where housing trends and their neighborhood impacts were tracked. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Virginia.
