Felicia Gaither

Felicia Gaither serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Field Operations in the Office of Public and Indian Housing at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since April 2019. Prior to this role, Gaither held positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including Director of Coordination and Compliance and Director of the Information Technology Investment Management Division. Gaither's experience also includes serving as the Director of Tribal TANF Management at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and as Regional Program Manager at the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. Educational qualifications include a BA, MPA, and PhD in Political Science, Public Administration, and Human Services obtained from the University of Nebraska, Wichita State University, and Capella University.
