Allana Osborne is a qualified psychologist with extensive experience in forensic psychology and rehabilitation. Currently serving as Principal Clinician for Restorative Justice at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, since September 2025, Allana has also been a Consultant Forensic Psychologist in private practice since March 2017. In addition, Allana holds roles as Professional Development Coordinator and Early Career Representative at the APS College of Forensic Psychologists. Previous experience includes several leadership positions at The GEO Group Australia from August 2017 to August 2025, including A/Director of Rehabilitation & Reintegration and Manager of Clinical Intervention. Earlier roles include Senior Clinical Research Officer and Psychologist at Caraniche and various provisional psychologist positions at Gold Coast Youth Justice Service Centre, Bond University, and Berry Street. Allana earned a Master of Psychology (Forensic) from Bond University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology from Deakin University.
