Babak Tamaddon

Babak Tamaddon is an experienced professional in change management and transformation, currently serving as the Change and Engagement Lead for the NextGen Program at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since April 2022. This program focuses on modernizing Victoria's fines management system through the delivery of a new digital platform. Prior to this role, Babak held positions such as Senior Transformation Manager at the Bureau of Meteorology and Change Manager for various organizations including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and RACV, where notable initiatives included digital transformation programs. Babak began a career at Future Bank as a Senior Business Process Analyst, following educational achievements with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Amirkabir University of Technology and a Master of Science in Applied Geophysics from Shahrood University of Technology.
