Christopher Neo is an experienced professional in workforce planning and development, currently serving as the Manager at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria since February 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of workforce planning consultants to enhance workforce supply and development across Corrections and Justice Services. Christopher has also managed initiatives to align services with the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework and played a key role in the COVID-19 Taskforce, focusing on business continuity in prisons. Prior to this, Christopher held various roles in recruitment and development at Telstra and nbn™ Australia, as well as in the Department of Justice and Regulation, where significant contributions were made to volume recruitment and compliance operations. Christopher holds a double degree in Business (Financial Management) and Asian Studies (Japanese) from La Trobe University.
