Gina Wadden

Gina Wadden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Services at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading Recruitment Services and Payroll functions while establishing a new HR Business Partnering model. Prior to this, Gina held positions at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic) as Manager of Transformation Projects and Manager of Recruitment and Employee Experience, leading recruitment teams and overseeing employment programs. Additionally, at the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, Gina managed international HR support functions related to recruitment and employment programs for Victorian Government offices overseas. Gina holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from RMIT University.
