James Dib has extensive experience in the criminal justice field, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Intake at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since July 2018. Previous roles within the department include Intake Officer, Coordinator Intake for Forensic Intervention Services, and various positions such as Case Officer, Case Manager, and Parole Officer in Community Correctional Services. Additionally, James held the role of Review and Assessment Coordinator at the Post Sentence Authority. Prior to this career in the justice system, James worked as a Retail Assistant at Kmart Australia Limited from October 2012 to November 2019. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Victoria University, earned between 2016 and 2018.
