Jessica Bartik currently serves as the Executive Director at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic) from January 2011 to 2022, including Director of the Justice Branch and Principal Adviser for economic policy initiatives. Notable projects spearheaded by Jessica include the Latrobe Valley place-based intervention and the establishment of the Jobs Victoria Employment Network. With experience in public policy and government administration across multiple sectors, Jessica has contributed to areas such as climate change, justice, and regional development. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (Sustainability) from The Australian National University and a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne, along with additional fellowships and courses in public policy and company governance.
