Katherine McDonald

Katherine McDonald has extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management, currently serving as Assistant Manager, Campaigns Prisons at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria since November 2015. In this role, Katherine provides leadership to the Prisons team, ensuring the delivery of innovative recruitment services while maintaining a focus on fairness and merit-based selection processes. Previous roles include Recruitment Projects Adviser and Officer, with a focus on relationship management and administrative support. Katherine has also contributed to the Country Fire Authority as a Firefighter Recruitment Advisor during a six-month secondment and has held positions in sales administration and electoral services. Katherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Deakin University, a Diploma in Audio Visual Technology from RMIT University, and a Certificate III in Business Administration from Suzan Johnston Training Organisation.
