Derek Dupont

Derek Dupont is an IT Manager at the Department of Justice Canada since April 2022, recognized as a member of the 2024 Extend Exposition cohort for Talent Management in the Digital Community of the Government of Canada. Previously, Derek Dupont held various managerial and team lead positions at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada from September 2002 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing IT development teams, planning and directing IT system projects, and creating data warehouses. Derek Dupont's expertise also encompasses business systems deployment, business analysis, and promotion of agricultural programs, supported by a solid educational background from the University of Manitoba.
