Sokho Soupin

Sokho Soupin has extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in organizational design, classification, and grievances, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Design-Classification-Grievances at the Department of Justice Canada since November 2007. Prior roles include Team Leader and Senior Advisor within the same domain and Advisor focusing on employment equity. Previous to this, Sokho served at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Correctional Service of Canada, providing strategic HR advice and operational services. Early career experience includes technical roles in IT development and support at Bell and Human Resources Development Canada. Sokho holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Management from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Université de Sherbrooke.
