Alan Hynd has had a vast and impressive career in media, transitioning from newspaper reporting to radio news reporter and presenter, then working in television as a news reporter, presenter, and producer. Alan eventually established their own media training and consultancy business before taking on roles as Principal Media Communications Officer and Communications and Media Manager in government departments. Throughout their career, Alan has been involved in various aspects of media, from writing and releasing media statements to organizing media events and training spokespeople for media interviews.
