Neta Gill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and strategic project leadership. Currently serving as Acting Executive Director and Director Governance & Risk at the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries since January 2022, Neta previously held the position of Project Director. Prior roles include Manager Strategy & Performance at the Western Australian Museum from October 2017 to January 2022 and multiple positions at Screenwest from October 2008 to September 2017, including Communications Manager and Manager Strategic Projects, where significant contributions were made to the development of the ScreenWest Strategic Plan and promotion of the Western Australian screen industry. Additional experience includes roles as Communications & Marketing Manager for the Heritage Council of Western Australia and Sponsorship Coordinator at the Fire and Emergency Services Authority. Neta Gill holds a Masters in Business Leadership and degrees in English Journalism and Communication Studies from respected institutions.
