William Mabogoane

Deputy Director: Research And Development Tax Incentives at Department of Science and Technology

William Mabogoane has work experience in the field of research and development tax incentives. william started working as an Accountant at Eskom South Africa in 1985 and held the position until 2000. In 2004, they joined the Department of Science and Technology as an Assistant Director. From 2007 onwards, they held various roles at the Department of Science and Technology, including Deputy Director of Research and Development Tax Incentives. william'sresponsibilities included increasing the uptake of the R&D Tax Incentive programme and promoting it to small and medium enterprises through targeted promotion strategies.

William Mabogoane pursued their education in a chronological manner. william started with a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcomm) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Pretoria, which they completed between 1997 and 2000. Later, they enrolled at UNISA and completed their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they were also working towards a second MBA degree from UNISA during the same period. In 2004, they obtained an Advanced Management Development Programme certification from the University of Pretoria.
