Archana Poddar

Archana Poddar is a seasoned diplomat with extensive experience at the U.S. Department of State since 2009, having served in significant roles in the USA, Singapore, and Vietnam. In 2017, Archana acted as the Technology Strategy Advisor to the Secretary of State and also took on the role of Interim Executive Director for Young Professionals in International Affairs, overseeing growth strategies and organizing numerous events for a large membership base. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Marketing at Simply Indian, where responsibility included marketing strategy and event planning, and as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing major enterprise software projects. Archana holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and has further educational qualifications from Georgetown University.
