David Record

David Record currently serves as the Application Services Lead, Division Chief, and Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State since September 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Project Manager at Global Solutions Network, Inc. from October 2014 to August 2016, and as a Software Architect at Geneva Software Inc. from August 2009 to July 2014, where responsibilities encompassed system development, conceptual modeling, and business process engineering.
