Jeffrey Blander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global health, investment management, and innovation. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Sustainable Health Financing at the U.S. Department of State, Blander has played a pivotal role in the PEPFAR initiative since its inception, addressing challenges posed by the COVID pandemic. In previous roles, including Chief Innovation Officer and Managing Director for Epidemic Control Teams, Blander has significantly contributed to health diplomacy and epidemic management.
