Naz El-Khatib

Naz El-Khatib is a highly experienced policy advisor currently serving as Senior Advisor for Policy at the U.S. Department of State, a role held since May 2024. Prior to this, Naz worked at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Executive Director of the Policy Coordination Group. Additional experience includes positions at the U.S. Department of State, the Biden-Harris Transition Team, and National Security Action, among others. Naz's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
