Tiffany Cowan

Tiffany Cowan currently serves as a Regional China Office Intern with the U.S. Department of State, having joined in September 2024. Previously, Tiffany held the position of Publisher (President) for The Caravel, Georgetown University's international affairs newspaper, from September 2021 to January 2024. Additional experience includes roles as Copy Chief and Copy Editor at The Caravel, as well as positions such as Foreign Policy Intern in the Europe and Public Diplomacy section at the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, and Intern at The Wilson Center's Korea Center. Tiffany also contributed as a Counter-Human Trafficking Intern at Innocents at Risk Inc, and as a Legislative and Communications Intern in the office of Senator Cory Booker. Education includes ongoing studies at the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Politics, and a planned study at National Taiwan University from February 2024 to May 2024.
