Stacy Heintzelman

Stacy Heintzelman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stacy began their career in 1997 at the City of Bethlehem Economic Development Corporation, where they worked as a Secretary/Bookkeeper. Stacy then moved on to the Jewish Family Service of the Lehigh Valley in 1999, where they served as Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and HR assistant. In 2001, Stacy joined Lafayette College as an Accounts Payable Clerk before transitioning to Burkholder's HVAC, where they held the role of Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and HR manager. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Heintzelman Construction as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper. In 2014, Stacy joined Paragon Technology Group, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Facility Security Officer (FSO), and Director of HR, FSO, & ITPSO. Their responsibilities at Paragon included recruiting, benefits administration, personnel policy development, and managing government contract programs. Throughout their career, Stacy has demonstrated proficiency in office management, bookkeeping, HR, and facility security.

Stacy Heintzelman has a diverse education history. In 1997, they attended New Horizon's Computer Learning Center and completed a Technical Studies program with a focus on Microsoft Office Professional and QuickBooks. Stacy continued their education in 2014 by enrolling in the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) and completing the FSO Orientation for Non-Possessing Facilities program, specializing in Industrial Security.

In 2015, Stacy pursued their interest in human resources management by earning a Professional in Human Resources Certificate from DePaul University. During the same year, they also attended CDSE's Getting Started Seminar for New FSOs. Additionally, Stacy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Penn Foster Group, although the specific start and end years for this degree are not provided.

Continuing their professional development, Stacy obtained a Network+ certification from CompTIA in 2022. In terms of additional certifications, they became OSHA Certified in September 2001 through OSHA-Safety-Training.
