Nancy Kobel

Nancy Nicholson, MA, PCC, is an ICF Certified Professional Coach with over a decade of coaching experience and more than 20 years in facilitation. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Team Coach for the U.S. Department of the Interior and as a Leadership Coach for multiple organizations, including The Ascend and Skillsoft Coaching, Nancy specializes in coaching leaders across various sectors, including Fortune 100 companies and startups. In addition to coaching, Nancy holds a position as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Live Water Foundation and is involved with Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in executive leadership. Nancy also contributes to Positive Intelligence as a Mental Fitness Coach and teaches at Insight Timer, while facilitating new coach training at iPEC Coaching. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Arts in Education/Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland and the University of Maryland Baltimore County, respectively.
