Robert Doyle is an experienced change management advisor currently serving at the U.S. Department of the Interior since 2015, focusing on the transformation of the Ukraine Geological Survey. Concurrently, Robert has been a senior advisor at the USGS since July 2010, where responsibilities include advising on the implementation of the Cobell litigation settlement and information technology transformation. From March 2004 to February 2010, Robert held the position of Deputy Director at the U.S. Geological Survey, overseeing a significant enterprise with a budget exceeding $1 billion and a workforce of 8,000 employees. Previous roles include serving as the Assistant Director of Finance and Management at the Bureau of Land Management from 1996 to 2003. Robert earned a Master of Public Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
