Sean Wagner-McGough is currently serving as an Honors Law Clerk with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, since September 2023. Prior experience includes a Summer Law Clerk position at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of General Counsel, and a Legal Extern role with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. While attending the University of Colorado Law School, Sean held the position of Rothgerber Teaching Fellow, tutoring first-year law students. Additional experiences encompass summer law clerk roles at Midwest Environmental Advocates and a staff writer position at CBS Sports, where coverage included NFL news and the 2015 World Cup. Sean's educational background includes a JD from the University of Colorado Law School and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
