Tracy Lynn Jackson

Tracy Lynn Jackson, MBA, FAC-C Level III, FAC-C-DS, currently serves as the Acquisition Management Branch Chief and Senior Contracting Officer at the US Department of Agriculture since June 2015. Jackson is a warranted Contracting Officer proficient in utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), USDA Federal Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), and agency procedures for the procurement and administration of IT-related services and products. Previously, from August 2010 to May 2015, Jackson worked as a Contracting Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, managing various procurement processes. Earlier experiences include roles as a Marketing, Grant, and IT Volunteer at Growing Home, Inc. and a Business Operations Analyst at Sun Microsystems, along with serving as a Marketing Manager at CooverClark, where Jackson excelled in client engagement and proposal development. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from Webster University.
