Ross Kelly

Ross Kelly is currently the Director of Policy, Planning and Research at the Department of Training and Workforce Development. Previously, Ross held the role of Director, Portfolio Alignment at the Victorian Department of Education and Training. Ross has extensive experience in managing teams, overseeing policy and research branches, and facilitating discussions related to creating a sustainable workforce. Ross has a Doctor of Philosophy in Labour Economics from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Murdoch University.
