Dr. Garolyn Forrest

Dr. Garolyn Forrest has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with roles in finance, accounting, sales, and nursing. Dr. Garolyn has worked at various companies, including DoD Civilian Careers, Department of Veteran's Affairs, VHA CMOP, Quintiles, PDI INC/Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Medifax, and Dorn VA Hospital. Their roles have included Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Interim CFO, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Neurological Sales Specialist, Primary Care Sales Representative, Program Assistant, and Nursing Assistant. Dr. Forrest has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and execute strategies that improve financial performance and operations. Dr. Garolyn has also excelled in sales, consistently achieving high rankings and driving exceptional results. Dr. Garolyn Forrest completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from Benedict College, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Dr. Garolyn then pursued their Master of Public Health (MPH) in Public Administration from Capella University from 2015 to 2017. After this, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health from Capella University, graduating between 2017 and 2021. Additionally, Dr. Forrest holds an MBA Certificate in Health Services Management from The University of Dallas. Currently, they are also pursuing two other degrees at Capella University, both in Master of Public Health (MPH) in different fields of study.
