Tsholofelo Rakomane

Tsholofelo Rakomane is an experienced Human Resources professional who has been serving as a Human Resources Officer at the Department of Water and Sanitation since November 2021, focusing on application profiling, qualification verification, and personnel administration. Prior to this role, Tsholofelo worked at the Department of Education Services from March 2016 to October 2021 as Human Resource Personnel, handling a variety of tasks including application processing, HR policy communication, recruitment queries, and training. Tsholofelo has pursued extensive education in Human Resources and related fields, obtaining multiple degrees including a National Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and currently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of South Africa.
