Elaine C Russell-Molinaro is an experienced producer and project manager with a diverse background in creative operations. Currently serving as a Producer and Project Manager at DepartmentC, embedded at the Center for Creative Leadership since December 2018, Elaine manages projects for notable clients including NASA and Wake Forest Baptist Health. Prior to this, Elaine held the position of Creative Resources Manager at Pace Communications, where projects were delivered for high-profile clients such as Walmart and Verizon. Elaine’s career also includes roles at MullenLowe U.S. as a Content Producer for brands like Acura and Honda and as a Freelance Production Coordinator, collaborating with various production companies on projects for renowned brands such as L'Oreal and Apple. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Directing, Playwriting, and Production from the University of the Arts.
