Sarah Carbone

Sarah Carbone is an experienced professional with a robust background in career development and talent management. Currently serving as the Manager of Campus Programs at Medline Industries, LP since May 2025, Sarah has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at DePaul University since September 2019, teaching a career development course for undergraduate students. Previously, as the University Program Manager at Optiver, Sarah led initiatives to attract talent from top universities, enhancing brand awareness and partnership with academic staff. Sarah's extensive tenure at DePaul University Career Center included leadership roles where strategic initiatives were implemented to support student employment and career readiness. With degrees in Business Administration and a Master’s in Counseling from Ohio University and DePaul University, respectively, Sarah demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering professional development.
