Zaya Khananu

Zaya Khananu M.S. is an accomplished academic and technology professional with extensive experience in higher education and information technology. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College since August 2021, Zaya also contributes as part-time faculty at DePaul University since 2005, teaching courses in mathematics, statistics, and information technology. Zaya’s consulting experience includes working with Tangaza College in Nairobi, Kenya. Previous roles encompass serving as an adjunct faculty member at Harry S Truman College from 2007 to 2021 and as the Director of Technology at Trinity High School from 2018 to 2020. Zaya holds multiple certifications in data analytics, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, along with two Master of Science degrees in Networking and Telecommunication Systems and Predictive Analytics from DePaul University.
