Ricardo Torres

Ricardo Torres, MSL, currently serves as the Director of HR, Diversity, Inclusion & Culture at Depaul USA since June 2022, overseeing a comprehensive HR operation encompassing recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, and more. Previously, Ricardo held the role of Volunteer Coordinator at the University of Southern California from January 2022 to May 2023 and worked as a Post Commander at The World Protection Group from June 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included training employees, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Ricardo holds a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Human Resources Law and Compliance from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA, along with multiple associate degrees from East Los Angeles College.
