Nicole Kelley

Nicole Kelley, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources with a focus on talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Depot Connect International since July 2018, Kelley collaborates with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting over 3,000 employees across 150 locations. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included performance management, employee relations, and overseeing full-cycle recruiting. Kelley's earlier experience at Waypoint and Innovative Concept Group further developed expertise in HR processes, compliance, and administrative support. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College and received the Impact Player Award in 2013.
