Julia Thiel is currently serving as the VP Executive Creative Director at DEPT® since September 2021. Previously, Julia held the role of Executive Creative Director and Creative Director at 3Q Digital from June 2017 to September 2021, overseeing a talented team focused on various creative needs for a digital performance marketing agency. Julia's extensive experience includes running a design studio, freelancing in senior art director roles for multiple companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, and holding senior art director positions at Abelson-Taylor, where work encompassed a range of branding and advertising projects. Julia Thiel graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion and Communications Graphic Design from the German Master School for Fashion and Visual Communication Arts in Munich.
