Lawrence Ciulla

Lawrence Ciulla is an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager at DEPT® and has held various leadership roles, including Project Team Lead and Project Manager at RubensteinTech. Previous experience includes serving as Elections Support Staff for the Broome County Board of Elections, District Liaison for Senator Chuck Schumer in the US Congress, and a Campaign Management Associate for Hillary For America. Lawrence completed a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Baruch College from 2016 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Binghamton University between 2013 and 2016.
