Jim Lee

Jim Lee has extensive work experience in the field of digital accessibility. Jim began their career at State Farm in 1999, initially working as a system analyst and developer before transitioning to team lead roles. In 2013, Jim moved into the digital accessibility space as a result of AODA legislation and spent the next seven years as a product owner and project manager. During this time, they successfully implemented organizational change and developed expertise in accessibility. In 2019, Jim joined Deque Systems, Inc. as the Accessibility Program Manager. In this role, they primarily work with Fortune 500 companies, providing consultation and strategies to guide them in implementing sustainable digital accessibility programs. Jim'sresponsibilities include expert accessibility program consulting, accessibility project management, and people management. Jim is currently also serving as the Director of Strategic Consulting at Deque Systems, Inc.
