Sachin Gupta

Sachin Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sachin began their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer and later became a Team Lead, successfully delivering crucial projects and improving system performance. Sachin then worked as a Business Consultant at Tippie Business Solutions Center, where they developed strategic plans and analyzed research data. Sachin also served as a Consultant at the Iowa City Small Business Development Center, providing consultancy services on business plans and financial projections. Sachin then joined Siemens Building Technologies as a Summer Intern, conducting econometric analysis and statistical modeling. At Transamerica, they held the position of Manager - Technical Services and was responsible for leadership, resource management, and process improvement. Later, at HTC Global Services, Sachin served as a Service Delivery Manager, implementing process improvements and playing a key role in pre-sales support. Currently, Sachin is working at Deque Systems, Inc as the Vice President of Product Management, overseeing a team of Product Managers and Owners and implementing customer success frameworks. Sachin has also served as the Director of Product and Director of Services at Deque Systems, Inc, where they managed a portfolio of accessibility testing products, developed product management practices, and established service delivery processes. Throughout their career, Sachin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Sachin Gupta pursued higher education, first attending Motivational Pathway from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology. Following this, they enrolled in The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2008 to 2010, earning their MBA with a specialization in Strategy and Finance. In addition to their degrees, Sachin Gupta obtained several certifications. In April 2010, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The University of Iowa. Later, in December 2018, Sachin Gupta acquired a certification as a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Practices from IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals. Sachin also holds various certifications from LOMA, including an Associate designation in Customer Service, an Associate designation in Reinsurance Administration, and a Fellow designation in Life Management Institute.
