Andrew Hearn

Andrew Hearn is a seasoned professional in sports analysis, currently serving as the First Team Analyst at Derby County Football Club since September 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Lead Academy Match Analyst at Stoke City Football Club from July 2019 to September 2022, after progressing from Academy Match Analyst within the same organization. Andrew's career began at Port Vale Football Club, where roles included Head of Academy Performance Analysis, Development Centre Coach, and Performance Analysis Intern from September 2013 to July 2019. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Warehouse Assistant and Retail Sales Assistant at Stoke City Football Club between October 2014 and December 2016, and as a Part-Time Sales Assistant at Poundstretcher Ltd. from May 2012 to October 2014.
