Andrew Grover

Andrew Grover is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in managing procurement projects and categories across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Procurement Officer at Derby Homes since June 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Category Manager at Derby City Council from October 2014 to June 2022, overseeing procurement in ICT, Finance, Insurance, HR, and other business support areas. Prior to that, Andrew worked as Contracts Manager at SUPC, where responsibilities included developing purchasing strategies and managing tenders. Andrew began a career in procurement as a Sourcing Specialist at NHS Supply Chain, following a position at NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency as both Buyer and Sourcing Specialist. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) degree in Film and Television Studies with Sociology from the University of Derby and a Level 5 CIPS Associate in Procurement from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
