Dan Debacco

Dan DeBacco, MBA, is a Realtor® at eXp Realty, specializing in life transitions and wealth building through real estate since September 2023. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Highlands Ranch Community Association since April 2017, Dan also serves as a delegate for Districts 41 and 104. Previously, Dan worked as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, providing guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors from November 2015 to September 2023. Dan's experience includes community leadership roles at the University of Dayton and founding the nonprofit organization Flyers for Kids, aimed at supporting underprivileged children. Dan's diverse background encompasses management positions at Peet's Coffee & Tea and Starbucks, as well as various roles in marketing and account management across multiple companies. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Leadership and Development from Holy Names University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Finance from the University of Dayton.
