Catherine Parker

Catherine Parker has over 29 years of work experience in various HR roles. Catherine currently serves as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Derbyshire Constabulary since July 2023. Previously, they worked at Derbyshire County Council as a Senior HR Business Partner from April 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at South Yorkshire Police, where they held multiple positions such as Senior HR Partner, HR Partner, HR Manager, and HR Officer/Assistant, spanning from June 1994 to March 2020.

Catherine Parker attended Meadowhead School Academy Trust from 1986 to 1991, where they received their GCSEs. From 1991 to 1993, they studied at King Edward VII School, earning their A Levels. Later, they pursued their education at Manchester Open Learning from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Level 7 CIPD qualification in HR. Finally, they attended High Melton College in 2010 and 2011, where they also received a Level 7 CIPD qualification in HR.
