Matt Ladd

Matt Ladd is an experienced police officer currently serving as a Police Inspector at Derbyshire Constabulary since February 2019. Ladd previously held the position of Police Sergeant after transferring from Surrey Police, where Ladd began a policing career as a Police Constable in October 2015. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Sales Support Administrator at Old Mutual Wealth UK and a Client Support Analyst at FE fundinfo, following early positions in warehouse and sports-related roles. Matt Ladd holds a BSc in Sport Management and Development from the University of Southampton and completed A Levels at Bishop Wand C of E School.
