Nick Herceg

Nick Herceg is a Chief Inspector at Thames Valley Police, where responsibilities include serving as the Custody Chief Inspector for Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire and leading criminal justice projects, particularly the ‘Custody 2025’ program. With a background that includes a variety of roles as a Police Inspector and Temporary Chief Inspector focusing on response police and resource management, Nick has developed extensive experience in policing since starting at West Yorkshire Police in 2006. Nick holds a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and has qualifications in Autism Awareness and Chartered Management, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds.
