Neill Bennett

Neill Bennett has extensive experience in transportation and surveying, currently serving as Assistant Director of Highways Commissioning at Derbyshire County Council since June 2001, with previous roles including Highways Strategy Manager and Transportation Data Manager. Prior to this, Neill was a Project Manager at Terraquest, overseeing Back Conversion Projects and quality management, and served as Company Land Surveyor at 3C Waste, managing the land surveying function. Earlier career stages included various positions as a Site Engineer and Cadastral Surveyor from 1985 to 1995. Neill holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Environmental Biology, Information and Geographic Management from the University of Chester, a PG Dip in Research Skills from The Open University, RICS finals in Land Surveying from the University of East London, and an HNC in Land & Engineering Surveying from London South Bank University.
