Mary Skordia

Mary Skordia, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Management at The American College of Greece, where responsibilities include teaching various management courses and serving as Managing Editor for the Organization Journal. With extensive experience in training and development as a Strategic Partner at Summit, Mary designs and delivers training programs and consults on corporate training initiatives. Previous roles include Post-Graduate Research Councillor at The University of Sheffield, Learning and Development Consultant, and Communications & Digital Change Consultant, highlighting a strong background in executive coaching, change management, and communications. Mary holds a PhD in Strategic Management from Sheffield University Management School, an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School, and a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
