Alex Cabeceiras has dedicated his practice to advocating for employees, consumers, victims of fraud, and those brave enough to speak out against fraud and discrimination. Alex has represented individuals through the SEC, DOL, and EEOC administrative forums as well as before the highest courts in New York, California, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He has recovered millions of dollars for such victims.
