Jay Policastro

Jay Policastro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. In their most recent role, they serve as the President and CEO of Deringer-Ney Inc. since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Oberg Industries - Oberg Medical from June 2019 to July 2022. Jay also served as the President of Oberg Medical from June 2017 to July 2019. Before joining Oberg Medical, they worked as an Executive Management Consultant at Red Valve Company, Inc. from March 2014 to November 2015.

Jay has a significant tenure at Classic Industries, where they held various positions. Jay served as the Chairman from June 2010 to December 2012 and as the CEO/President from August 2006 to June 2010. Additionally, they held multiple roles including Vice President, Director, Manager, and Associate from June 1990 to August 2006.
