Megan Puglia

Megan Puglia, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of chemistry and product development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and New Product Introduction at Deringer-Ney Inc. since August 2020, Megan has previously held positions including Director of Strategy, Planning, and Continuous Improvement, Plant Manager of Materials Manufacturing, and Senior Research Chemist at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut and a Research and Development Intern at Helen of Troy. Additionally, Megan has experience as a Campus Representative for Kaplan, where marketing efforts focused on graduate school test preparation resources.
