Pam Stevens has over 30 years of diverse experience in human resources management. Pam started their career as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Treasure Chest Advertising in 1989. Pam then worked as a Human Resources Manager at United States Fidelity and Guarantee, where they provided generalist support and oversaw various HR functions for over 700 employees. Pam continued to enhance their expertise and joined Discover Re as a Human Resources Manager, where they built out the HR function for a rapidly growing organization. Pam later worked as a Regional HR Manager at Concentra, providing HR support to medical offices and overseeing various HR responsibilities. Pam then joined The Hartford as a Human Resources Manager, working closely with regional vice presidents to support business transformation and implement human capital practices. Pam'sextensive experience led their to Numotion, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the HR business partner and employee relations function for a large organization with 2500 employees. In this role, they also had strategic oversight of staffing and compensation functions and implemented various HR initiatives. Currently, Pam is the Director of Human Resources/Facilities and Improvement at Deringer-Ney Inc., where they are responsible for managing the HR function and ensuring compliance with all programs. Throughout their career, Pam has been a champion for improving work environments, providing leadership coaching, and driving talent management and succession planning initiatives.
