Anastassiya Kadochnikova

Anastassiya Kadochnikova has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anastassiya has been with Deriv since 2019, initially serving as a Compliance & PayOps Executive where they were responsible for analyzing and improving payment systems flow. Later, they became a Team Lead and Senior Payment System Analyst, building and leading the analytics team and payment analytics vision. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead and Senior Data analyst at Deriv.

Before joining Deriv, Anastassiya worked at Libertex Group as part of the Treasury department from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to that, they were self-employed, working as a Freelance IT Recruiter and Independent Recruiter for a global semiconductor company. Anastassiya focused on recruitment in the IT, digital, and gaming industries, and also engaged in HR consulting and social projects.

Anastassiya's earlier experience includes working at Renaissance Capital (Epam Systems Moscow) as a Technical Support Engineer and eventually becoming the Lead of the user support department.

Anastassiya also worked as a Programmer and Analyst at Fitnes-center "Gigant" and as a Programmer and Consultant for 1C- franchisees at "Garant" 1c.

Throughout their career, Anastassiya has gained expertise in data analysis, payment systems, recruitment, and technical support.

Anastassiya Kadochnikova holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from KSTU, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to their Master's Degree, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information System in Economics from the same institution, KSTU, from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Anastassiya has obtained numerous certifications, including "Building Your Team," "Creating a Culture of Collaboration," "Critical Thinking," "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities," "Managing Teams," "Strategic Agility," "Strategic Planning: Case Studies," "The Manager's Guide to Difficult Conversations," and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" from LinkedIn. Anastassiya has also obtained certifications in "PCI DSS Masterclass - From Foundation to Mastery" from Udemy and "Tableau Analyst" and "Tableau Author" from Tableau Software.
